Production Line Motor Testing: Our ROBOX™ systems make a flexible and powerful platform for effective production testing of small motors, for example. Instead of using the human ear as a classifier, our patented and award winning classification methods are used as the basis for success. If a parameter based production system is needed, based on a-priori knowledge, our team will design one specifically for you. With our vast experience from on-line noise suppression testing, we can adapt systems even for noisy environments. Measurement Systems: We offer complete ROBOX™ production line testing systems, bundled with our powerful application software. Your measurement system will not limit your capabilities but enhance them, and we offer system solutions to a large variety of hardware platforms, even using built-in sound cards for the PC. We have demonstrated that due to our powerful methods, we can even utilize the sound card beyond what most other vendors can achieve. Test Bed Systems: Our test bed approaches are always customer driven and we will design the required test bed for rapid and effective production line testing. As an example, a photo of a typical test bed for small electrical motors is depicted. By placing the motor in the holder, a complete sound and vibration classification will be performed, without mounting any sensors at all. The acoustically designed side walls help suppress the background noise without hindering the test. The rest of the background noise is addressed using signal processing methods. For every application, it is very likely that we have a ROBOX™ test bed solution ready for you.
