International Sales Organization
Acticut International AB has a daughter company, Acticut AB. Acticut International AB is the governing body and is the 100% owner.
Furthermore, a similar enterprise exists in the USA to handle the North American market, ready for an uplift to Acticut International AB. Acticut International Inc. is the sole owner of the American affiliated companies Axiom EduTech LLC and Acticut LLC. These companies are so-called Limited Liability Companies (LLC). The parent company in USA is a so-called C-Corporation. Through this arrangement, we can take full advantage of various tax codes whilst still providing high quality legal protection to the company and its owners. Mr Alan Boyer is the CEO for the USA organization and he is also a BoD member.
The international sales organization is maximizing the synergy effects in between Europe, North America, Asia and other important markets. As of today, a series of distributors and representatives has been arranged, handling our product portfolio. The current product portfolio exist of:

Each company participates within its own market area where profit is generated. A cross pollination of competence, system solutions, software, electronics or other components exists between each company. This helps the organization to take full advantage of shared costing through development time and associated risk management.
