Within Acticut International, IP and selling rights to “other” products exist. Below, an outline of such products is inserted and discussed.

The goal is not to manufacture but to sell gloves and/or the bladder technology, directly or indirectly. In the latter case, we provide the technology via bladders or “internal material” where the IPR resides. Our OEM customer will then embed this technology and sell it as their product but with our logo on it. If we manufacture our own products, it typically involves getting the glove manufactured in India or China and the final product is shipped to the USA for further distribution. All these products are being handled by a separate team than the “three core horn” products.
