 Thomas Lagö, Chairman of the Board, born 1953.
Doctor Lagö has more than 30 years of experience from executive positions in international companies. Lagö was the European Product Line Manager for Hewlett Packard’s Dynamic Signal Analyzer Products (today Agilent Technologies) and International BDM for a $60 million company group in this industry, and the President and Chief Scientist of a $8 million leading USA company conducting international business. Lagö is a creative, enthusiastic, high-achieving executive and his prior responsibility reflects outstanding career growth and progress through various high-tech businesses, as well as multifunctional responsibilities including sales and marketing, strategic planning, engineering, but also finance and human resource leadership. Lagö has multiple doctorates. He is an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech, Brigham Young University, and World Capital University, all in the USA. Lagö is involved in multiple scientific organizations such as SAE (Society for Automotive Engineering) and a Director for the International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration – IIAV. He is the author of more than 180 scientific papers, holds more than 25 patents or patent applications and has been supervising multiple international research projects, often in collaboration with selected universities.
 Alan Boyer, member, born 1959.
Alan Boyer was born in England and graduated from Sheffield University, England, studying education, psychology and music. Boyer has more than 20 years of experience in the sound and vibration industry and has worked at all levels of the organization. In 1998, after being involved in the development of the Larson Davis, Inc. European Office, Boyer moved to the USA to become manager of the corporate marketing department and was subsequently appointed to the position of Senior Vice-President. One of his most important projects was the formation of an alliance between leading companies in the area of sound and vibration. This successful alliance drew great international attention. Other projects successfully handled by Boyer are sound detection systems for the airports of London Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted. He has also delivered systems to Land Rover, Honda, Toyota, Rolls Royce, Jaguar Cars, Lotus Cars, Ford Motor Company, Vauxhall (GM) Motor Company and others. Boyer has also carried out projects regarding ISO 9001-cerification, production of product catalogs, technical descriptions and data sheets. As CEO of Acticut International Inc’s North American activity, Boyer will bring important leadership skills to the organization at both the USA and overall corporate level.

 Rolf Zimmergren,
CEO and member, born 1945.
Rolf Zimmergren studied finance and law at Stockholm University and at the School of Business at Göteborg University. Zimmergren held various senior managerial positions in the banking industry over a long time period. His 35-year career includes corporate financing, MBA, object financing, investment, corporate financing, various stock market activities and risk financing. In addition, he has owned and operated a number of companies in the manufacturing industry, business consulting segment and the hotel and restaurant field, as well as owning a successful turning company. Zimmergren has served as board chairman and member of several companies and has been Chairman of “Forshedaortens Näringsliv” (Forsheda Chamber of Commerce) and Värnamo Enterprise Association (Värnamo Företagarförening). He has worked with strategic trading of large companies and marketing activities. His background and experience is well suited for his position as the operational leader for the mother ship Acticut International AB.
 Per-Axel Noryd, member, born 1954.
Per-Axel Noryd is employed as Scandinavian Sales Manager for the world-leading Italian manufacturing company Biesse SpA. As sales manager he is responsible for all customer sales in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. His work is accomplished through a dealer organization in each country. Biesse Scandinavia is headquartered in Jönköping and works with CNC controlled equipment, such as milling and boring machines, as well as panel saws. Noryd is trained in mechanical engineering with supplemental training in finance and marketing. For nearly 30 years, his primary responsibility has been in marketing production equipment to the wood machine industry. He also has experience in product management and international sales.
 Peter Krell, member, born 1961.
Peter Krell has studied international business administration at the University of Lund, Sweden. Peter was one of the co-founders of the
Swedish and Finnish subsidiaries to the German software company SAP AG and has had several executive positions during his 16 years in the company group both in Sweden, Nordic and globally. Peter is the architect behind the SAP partner echo-system in Sweden and Finland and in the beginning of year 2000 Peter had the global responsibility for 2 of the 12 Global Service Partners to SAP. Peter has a genuine experience in building international business and alliances and has been working in multiple countries. Today, Peter is working as a management consultant at Connecta AB. Peter’s solid understanding of international business and alliances combined with his extensive experience of international top management and management team experiences, will be very beneficial to the international expansion of Acticut International AB.
